静心冥想课程 I

This is an introductory course focused on meditation, designed to help participants achieve mental and physical peace and tranquillity. Through seated meditation, participants will learn to quiet their minds, observe and become aware of wandering thoughts, shift their focus from external distractions to inner reflection, and refine their mind from coarse to subtle. This will enhance their awareness and improve efficiency in handling tasks. 

Throughout this process, participants will engage in self-exploration to better understand their inner needs and emotions. The course also teaches methods for releasing stress and enhancing the ability to relax both physically and mentally. Participants will improve memory, concentration, and emotional regulation, while also learning to manage irritability. By completing this course, participants will cultivate a positive attitude, approaching each day with peace and tranquillity.
